摘要
PVC(Polyvinyl chloride)膜结构材料是聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层和聚酯纤维基材复合而成,其优点包括耐热性、延展性好、韧性优良、易加工、颜色种类多、抗折叠性好、透明度较好等。目前,PVC膜主要应用于建材、包装、医药等诸多行业里,其中建材行业所占比例最大,其次是包装行业,还有其他若干小范围行业。但由于PVC膜的表面特性,使其有着不易清洁、易玷污等缺点。所以通过对PVC表面进行改性,使其产生粗糙表面,从而满足“荷叶理论”,达到超疏水的效果。超疏水的PVC膜将会在生物,生产生活中有广泛的应用。

Abstract
PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) membrane structure material is a composite of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating and polyester fiber substrate. Its advantages include heat resistance, good ductility, good toughness, easy processing, various colors, good folding resistance, good transparency, etc. At present, PVC membrane is mainly used in building materials, packaging, medicine and other industries, among which the building materials industry accounts for the largest proportion, followed by the packaging industry, and a number of other small industries. However, due to the surface characteristics of PVC film, it is not easy to clean, easy to stain and other shortcomings. Therefore, the surface of PVC is modified to produce rough surface, so as to meet the 'lotus leaf theory' and achieve the effect of superhydrophobic. Super hydrophobic PVC film will be widely used in biology, production and life.

前言
聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜材料因其价格适中、韧性好、易加工等优点而被广泛的应用,但是随着PVC膜材料在建筑业中的广泛使用,其不清洁性和亦被玷污的现象引起了广泛的关注。因而,我们将运用“荷叶理论”来解决PVC膜的缺陷,研究一种具有超疏水表面的PVC膜从而达到自清洁的效果。所以,PVC膜的超疏水性能的研究在生产生活科技创新等方面有着重要的意义。
