摘要
最后几年来，在国家发布的乡村振兴的战略举措下，农村经济快速发展。随着一、二线城市网购市场逐渐饱和，农村市场即将成为网购市场的新生力量。为农村电商消费者提供高时效、高柔性、高附加价值、高人性化、个性化的物流服务，提高农村电商消费者的物流服务质量，增强消费者的满意度和忠诚度，逐渐成为各大电商企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。本文将合理、科学地评价农村电商物流服务质量，形成一套完整的指标体系。运用LSQ和SERVQUAL模型法对农村电商物流服务体系进行构建，去评价农村电商服务质量。在这过程中，对于农村电商物流服务质量存在一些问题，如服务不到位，基础设施不完善等问题，本文将从这几个方面去改进，为提高农村电商物流服务质量提供依据。

Under the background of rural revitalization of rural electricity logistics service quality evaluation
Abstract
In recent years, under the strategic measures of national rural revitalization, rural economy has been vigorously developed. With the gradual saturation of online shopping market in first and second tier cities, rural market will become a new force of online shopping market. To provide high timeliness, high flexibility, high added value, high humanization and personalized logistics services for rural e-commerce consumers, to improve the quality of logistics services for rural e-commerce consumers, and to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty, has gradually become an important way for major e-commerce enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. This paper will evaluate the service quality of rural e-commerce logistics reasonably and scientifically, and form a complete index system. This paper uses AHP method to construct the rural e-commerce logistics service system, and provides the basis for improving the quality of rural e-commerce logistics service.
