亚麻籽活性成分及辅助降血糖功效
摘要:亚麻籽富含alpha;-亚麻酸、木酚素、亚麻胶、亚麻蛋白与微量元素等多种生物活性成分。由于含有三种主要的生物活性成分:alpha;-亚麻酸、木聚糖和膳食纤维,被认为是功能性食品来源。近年来亚麻籽粉调节血糖水平的功效学研究越发受到关注,其发挥营养保健功效的成分和分子机制也将是未来的研究热点。本文主要综述了亚麻籽对血糖的影响以及亚麻籽成分的作用,为其用作健康功能产品开发提供基础性数据支持。

Study on the Hypoglycemic Effect of Flaxseed and Its Mechanisms
Abstract:Flaxseed is rich in a variety of biological active ingredients such as alpha-linolenic acid, lignans, flax glue, flax protein and trace elements. It is considered as a functional food source because it contains three main bioactive ingredients: alpha-linolenic acid, xylose and dietary fiber. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the efficacy of flaxseed powder in regulating blood glucose level, and the components and molecular mechanism of flaxseed powder to play the role of nutrition and health care will be the focus of future research. The effects of flaxseed on blood glucose and the effects of flaxseed components were reviewed in this paper, which provided basic data support for the development of flaxseed products with health functions.

亚麻又称胡麻,是亚麻科亚麻属的一年生草本植物。亚麻籽即亚麻的种子,亚麻籽富含alpha;-亚麻酸、木酚素、亚麻胶、亚麻蛋白与微量元素等多种生物活性成分。由于含有三种主要的生物活性成分,包括alpha;-亚麻酸、木聚糖和膳食纤维,亚麻籽因此被认为是功能性食品。亚麻籽是一种植物油料,最主要的用途是加工成亚麻籽油,其营养和药用价值尚未得到充分开发。亚麻籽油是一种富含omega;-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸alpha;-亚麻酸的功能性油脂,其功能已有大量研究报道,并已获得广泛应用[1, 2]。alpha;-亚麻酸和亚油酸都是人体必需脂肪酸,它们为人体所必须,但人体无法合成,必须从膳食中得以补充。
