菊粉基功能性糖用于乳酸杆菌的体外培养

摘要

菊粉又称菊糖,是一种广泛存在于自然界的生物多糖。将菊粉通过乙醇分级沉淀或者酶解的方法制备可以获得各种不同组分的低聚果糖,而低聚果糖是一种典型的具有益生元和水溶性膳食纤维双重功效的保健品,能够促进肠道菌群平衡,增强机体免疫功能等。乳酸杆菌作为一种肠道有益菌,通过产生抗菌物质如乳酸、过氧化氢、细菌素, 从而保护肠道,广泛用于人和动物。用菊粉基功能性糖作为碳源,用于研究乳酸杆菌的体外培养,来说明不同聚合度菊粉基果聚糖对肠道内的有益菌的增殖效果,对于开发低聚果糖具有指导意义。

Inulin-based functional sugars are used for the in vitro culture of Lactobacillus

ABSTRACT

Inulin, also known as inulin, is a widely occurring biological polysaccharide. Fructooligosaccharides are obtained by fractional precipitation or enzymatic hydrolysis of ethanol, and fructooligosaccharides of various compositions are obtained, and fructooligosaccharides are typical health products having the dual effect of prebiotic and water-soluble dietary fiber, which can promote Intestinal flora balance, enhance immune function. Lactobacillus, as a beneficial bacteria in the intestine, protects the intestine by producing antibacterial substances such as lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide and bacteriocins and is widely used in humans and animals. Using inulin-based functional sugars as a carbon source for studying the in vitro culture of Lactobacillus to illustrate the effect of different degree of inulin oligosaccharides on the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the gut is instructive for the development of fructooligosaccharides.
