年产1000t薄壳山核桃压榨油的工厂设计进展
摘 要
随着经济的发展,人们对健康的关注度越来越高,从简单的能食用需求发展到营养、保健等需求,而油类则因为日常需要与紧系身体健康而成为人们关注的重点。核桃油是将核桃仁通过榨油、精炼、提纯而制成,色泽为黄色或棕黄色,是人们日常生活中理想的高级食用烹调油。
核桃油的生产工艺与大豆油工艺具有异曲同工之处,本设计主要是在参考大豆油生产设计工艺的基础上,按照工厂设计依据、原则、范围进行厂址选择、制定产品方案,设计产品工艺,进行物料、水、电、汽衡算,设备的选型,生产车间平面布置,劳动组织,辅助部门、环境保护的规划和技术经济分析。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, people pay more and more attention to health, from simple edible needs to nutrition and health care needs, and oil has become the focus of attention because of daily needs and health. Walnut oil is made from Walnut Kernel by pressing oil, refining and purifying. It is yellow or brownish yellow in color and is an ideal high-grade cooking oil in peopleamp;#039;s daily life.
The production technology of Walnut oil is similar to that of soybean oil. The design is based on the production technology of soybean oil, according to the factory design basis, principles, scope of site selection, product planning, product design process, materials, water, electricity, steam balance, equipment selection, production workshop layout, Labor Organization, auxiliary departments, Environmental Protection Planning and technical and economic analysis.
