摘要
乳糖不耐受普遍存在,极大地阻碍了人体对它的分解和吸收,因此制备乳糖酶纳米囊泡,并对其进行测定包封效率的分析、激光共聚焦显微镜、粒径的大小、电位、并通过透射电镜观察形貌特征等,并对其稳定性和在模拟人体胃肠液释放进行研究。

Abstract
Lactose intolerance is widespread, which greatly hinders the decomposition and absorption of lactose by human body. Therefore, the preparation of lactase nano vesicles was essential. The encapsulation efficiency, particle size and Zeta potential were determined. And transmission electron microscope was used to observe the morphological characteristics, and its stability and release in simulated human gastrointestinal fluid were studied.
