设计综述
摘要:本设计主要是对年产50,000t沙棘汁饮料的工厂进行设计,在设计过程中,着重从市场预测和销售策略的角度开展了可行性研究。确定了工艺流程,进行了详细的工艺论证,对每个工艺过程进行分析,并且在此基础上进行了物料衡算,确定原辅材料用量以及水、电、汽耗量等。然后对主要设备进行了选型,最后进行投资估算和成本核算。
在完成设计说明的基础上,我们还做了绘图设计工作,如绘制了主车间工艺流程图、主车间平面布置图、工厂总平面布置图。

Abstract:This design is mainly designed for a factory with an annual output of 50,000t seabuckthorn juice beverage. During the design,Focused on the feasibility study from the perspective of market forecast and sales strategy. Determined the process flow, conducted detailed process demonstration, and analyzed each process. On this basis, the material balance was calculated, determine the amount of raw and auxiliary materials and water, electricity, steam consumption, etc. Then main equipments were selected. Finally, investment and budgets were estimated in this work.
After accomplishment of the factory design, the design was carried out by using CAD software in this work as follows: main workshop process flow chart, main workshop floor plan and factory general floor plan.

1.绪论
1.1沙棘果的概述
沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)又名醋柳、黑刺等,属于胡颓子科沙棘属的一类多年生落叶灌木或小乔。国内分布于华北、西北、西南等地,其耐旱、抗风沙。沙棘果实中维生C含量高,被称为“维生素C之王”。我国沙棘资源极为丰富,占世界沙棘资源的90%以上,主要生长地包括青海、甘肃、宁夏、西藏、新疆、陕西等省区。沙棘是一种具有极高利用价值的“药食同源”植物,自唐朝起,沙棘就被用于中医治疗,至今已有1000多年的历史。沙棘的树皮、果实、叶子、种子以其独特的药用特性而闻名,其植物体的各个部位均含有丰富的生物活性物质。近年来,沙棘果提取物已被证明具有抗氧化、抑制肿瘤、降低血糖、降低血脂、免疫调节、缓解炎症、韧带损伤等功能[1]。
