年产10吨功能性低聚果糖工厂设计
摘要：低聚果糖被国际营养学者确认为“具有难消化性的水溶性膳食纤维”，作为被研究最多、应用范围最广的益生元之一，低聚果糖已被证实是唯一一种同时具有超强双歧因子和水溶性膳食纤维的全天然配料，被200多个国家和地区政府所认可，并被广泛应用于食品、保健、医药、化妆品以及饲料领域。本设计以功能性低聚果糖为对象，按照年产5吨的标准来进行工厂设计。

Abstract:.Oligosaccharide is recognized by international nutritionists as 'water-soluble dietary fiber with indigestibility', as one of the most widely studied and used prebiotics, oligosaccharide has been proved to be the only all-natural ingredient with both super bifidobacterium and water-soluble dietary fiber, recognized by more than 200 countries and governments, and widely used in food, health care, medicine, cosmetics and feed fields. The design takes functional oligosaccharide as the object and carries on the factory design according to the annual output 5 tons standard.
