核桃乳饮料的国内外发展现状
摘 要
随着生活水平逐步提高,人们的消费理念发生了改变。消费者从单纯的满足消暑解渴逐步转向营养、保健、功能的要求。核桃乳作为一种常见的植物蛋白饮料,具有营养丰富、绿色健康等特点,市场前景广阔。
核桃乳的生产工艺与豆乳类饮料工艺具有异曲同工之处,本设计主要是在参考豆乳类饮料生产设计工艺的基础上,按照工厂设计依据、原则、范围进行厂址选择、制定产品方案,设计产品工艺,进行物料、水、电、汽衡算,设备的选型,生产车间平面布置,劳动组织,辅助部门、环境保护的规划和技术经济分析。

Design progress on walnut beverage factory of 10000-ton annual output
ABSTRACT
With the gradual improvement of living standard, peoplersquo;s consumption concept has changed. Consumers have gradually changed from simply satisfying the needs of relieving summer heat and thirst to the requirements of nutrition, health care and function. As a kind of common vegetable protein beverage, walnut milk has the characteristics of rich nutrition, green healthy, so it has broad market prospect.
The production technology of walnut milk is similar to that of soybean milk beverage. This design is mainly based on the reference of the production technology of soybean milk beverage, according to the design basis, principle and scope of the factory to select the site of factory and develop the product plan, design product process, carry out material, water, electricity, steam balance calculation, equipment selection, production workshop plane layout, labor organization, auxiliary department, environmental protection planning and technical economic analysis.
