摘 要:肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤的重要生物学特征,是导致患者死亡的主要原因。
因此了解影响肿瘤转移的因素,对于肿瘤的发生发展具有十分重要的作用。
众所周知,肿瘤转移是一个多因素、多步骤的综合结果,本文主要从影响肿瘤的诸多因素出发,如肿瘤微环境、上皮间质转化、肿瘤干细胞、基因调控等,探讨其对肿瘤转移的影响。
与此同时,我们还发现低热对于肿瘤转移也有一定影响,但这方面的研究文献极少,而临床肿瘤患者往往伴随着低热症状,因此就该问题进行深入研究很有必要,究竟临床低热症状对于肿瘤转移有没有影响?目前没有明确定论,而这成为了我们的一个研究热点。
本文就影响肿瘤转移的部分因素及低热对肿瘤转移的影响作一综述,为指导临床提供重要参考。

肿瘤分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤两大类。
良性肿瘤分化比较完全,生长缓慢,不易发生肿瘤的转移。
而恶性肿瘤分化不好,异型性高,相对较容易发生转移,而肿瘤转移一般是以直接转移、淋巴系统转移、血管系统转移或种植等方式进行。
肿瘤转移是导致患者死亡的主要原因,在进行临床研究时发现,60% 以上检查出恶性肿瘤的患者在临床查出肿瘤存在时已经发生了转移[1],并且通过数据统计超过90%的患有恶性肿瘤的患者死于肿瘤转移[2]。
