摘 要
杂环类化合物是一类非常重要的化合物,它在有机药物合成中有着十分重要实用地位,这主要取决于它们的二环和三环的衍生物在医药和农药方面具有可应用的生理活性。近年来,对喹啉类化合物在医药方面的研究日趋活跃,据大量文献报道,喹啉及其衍生物在分子生物学、医药、染料和农药方面有着比较广泛的应用。我们的主要工作是将N-苯基哌嗪作为取代基引入到喹啉杂环分子中,并通过经典的氧化反应、取代反应合成了一系列结构新颖且具有潜在生物学活性的脂类-可作为药物中间体的杂环喹啉、哌嗪芳香脂类衍生物,并通过IR、MS、1HNMR等实验数据检验出我们合成的目标产物N-苯基哌嗪的喹啉类脂类衍生物。
Heterocyclic compounds is a very important class of compounds, it in organic synthetic drugs has a very important practical status, depending on their bicyclic and tricyclic derivatives in medicine and pesticide with application of physiological activity. In recent years, the research of quinoline compounds in medicine has become increasingly active, according to literature reports, quinoline and its derivatives are widely used in molecular biology, medicine, dyes and pesticides. Our main work is n phenyl piperazine as substituents introduced into the quinoline heterocyclic molecules, and by classical oxidation reaction and substitution reaction synthesized a series of novel structure and high potential biological activity of lipid - derivatives as intermediates of heterocycle quinoline, Pai Qinfang balsam and by IR, MS, 1HNMR and experimental data test we synthesis of the target product n - phenyl piperazine lipid of quinoline derivatives.
