摘要：随着国内经济快速发展，现代企业的规模和数量也在不断壮大，人事部门在企业发展发挥中的作用越来越难以忽视。伴随着信息技术的发展，传统的人事管理工作往往涉及到复杂的管理工作，效率已经远远不能满足现代企业的日常需求，急需新的管理方式提升效率，节约成本，以适应现代企业的管理需求，企业人事效能平台的建设也成为现代企业人事管理工作中的重中之重。
随着互联网的发展和移动通信技术不断进步，信息革命带来的风暴极大的影响了社会生活和工作的方方面面。借助于计算机的信息化软件平台无疑是其中的佼佼者，软件信息管理平台通过计算机工作来代替传统的人工管理工作方式，节约成本的同时也简化了流程，从而提高工作人员的工作效率。在实际应用中，又因软件的简易的简便性、准确性，带来了流畅的使用体验。SpringBoot是近年web开发领域最流行的框架之一，相较于原始的Spring应用极大地简化了搭建和开发流程。本平台将在SpringBoot框架的基础上，采用B/S结构，分为浏览器端和服务器端实现企业人事管理工作，在设计上充分考虑了人事管理的日常工作流程，结合现实特点，做到简单通用。使用计算机存储管理人事信息，规范工作流程，切实提高人事部门管理工作效率，建设企业人事效能平台。
