1基于springboot的教师工作量核算系统

摘要： 教师工作量核算是各高校教务管理中的一项重要工作,是教学考核和课时费发放的依据,然而由于各院校课时费计算的差异性,导致市场上的商用工作量统计软件非常稀少,本文论述南京林业大学教师工作量管理系统的分析与构建,首先对教师工作量统计流程及课时费计算方法进行调查研究,明确系统所涵盖的功能及非功能性需求,该系统包括系统管理员、任课教师、教学秘书、教务人员四类用户,文中分别给出每类用户的用例和操作流程,并提出系统总体设计方案,包括系统运行模式的设计和数据库的设计;分析授课安排、工作量报表管理两大主要功能模块的详细设计，阐述系统开发中所涉及到的关键技术问题,具体包括工作量统计实现方法的研究和应用。本系统采用JAVA编程语言,以MYSQL为后台数据库,利用InterlliJ IDEA开发工具实现。系统可以使教学管理工作更加科学严谨,同时系统自动统计每位教师的工作量并计算课时费,使繁琐且易出错的统计工作变得简单可靠,极大地提高工作质量和工作效率。

Abstract: Teacher workload calculation is an important task in the educational administration of colleges and universities, is the basis of teaching evaluation and class fees issue, due to the differences of various colleges and universities class fees calculation, however, lead to the commercial workload statistics software on the market is very scarce, nanjing forestry university teachers#39; workload management system discussed in this paper, the analysis and construction, first of all, teachers#39; workload statistics process and class fees calculation method for the investigation and study, a clear system covered by the functional and nonfunctional requirements, the system, including system administrators, teachers, teaching secretary, educational administration personnel four types of users, the paper respectively gives each user#39;s use case and operation process, and system is put forward Overall design scheme, including system operation mode design and database design; Analyze the detailed design of the three main functional modules: teaching arrangement, teachers#39; check-in management and workload report management. Elaborate the key technical problems involved in the system development, including the research of workload statistics implementation method and the application of AJAX technology in some modules of the system. This system USES JAVA programming language, takes MYSQL as the backstage database, USES the InterlliJ IDEA development tool to realize. The system can make the teaching management work more scientific and rigorous, at the same time, the system automatically counts the workload of each teacher and calculates the class fee, so that the tedious and error-prone statistical work becomes simple and reliable, greatly improve the work quality and efficiency

在高等教育大众化的今天，在校大学生的数量日益激增，教师的数量、工作量也在不断攀升，怎样用信息化的手段和计算机技术来科学地评价教学、统计分析教学工作量，保证教学质量，是高校教学管理追求的目标。教师工作量的核算是教师管理中的一项重要而烦琐的工作,是对教师每学期教学工作考核和发放酬金的重要依据。随着招生规模的不断扩大,教师人数和教学工作量也不断增加,这样就更加大了各部门统计、审核的工作量。基于以上原因,设计开发了此教学工作量核算系统来确保教学工作科学、有序、稳定开展。
