若水温居——独居老人住宅“适老性”空间设计
摘 要
随着老龄化水平的持续加深, 全国独居老人数量不断增加，健康养老成为我们密切关注与亟待解决的社会问题。如今大部分老年人不会选择在养老院度过自己的老年生活，居家养老成为社会主流，所以对独居老年人住宅的“适老性”设计研究室提高老年人生活质量途径。同时我国正积极实施乡村振兴战略，乡村健康养老也将是未来的发展趋势。 在这双重背景下，本课题将从独居老人的身心特征出发，考虑他们的生活需求，在针对不同功能的空间提出适老性设计策略。再根据乡村特色，研究适合乡村环境的适老性住宅设计策略。

The Space Design of 'senility' for the elderly living alone under the condition of water temperature
ABSTRACT
With the continuous deepening of the aging level, the number of the elderly living alone in the country is increasing, and healthy old-age care has become a social problem that we pay close attention to and urgently need to solve. Nowadays, most of the elderly will not choose to spend their old life in the nursing home, so the design and research room of 'aging adaptability' for the elderly living alone can improve the quality of life of the elderly. At the same time, China is actively implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, and rural health care will be the future development trend. In this dual background, the subject will start from the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly living alone, consider their life needs, and put forward the aging design strategy for different functional spaces. According to the characteristics of the countryside, this paper studies the design strategy of the aging housing suitable for the rural environment.
