球轴承滚动体载荷分布及力学特性的研究
摘 要:
轴承轴承是非常重要的机械基础器件,它的主要功能是用来支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。球轴承是滚动轴承的一种,球滚珠装在内钢圈和外钢圈的中间,能承受较大的载荷。也叫滚珠轴承。
本文采用proe软件与AN SYS软件之间良好的数据接口,将在proe中完成球轴承滚动体的建模并导入AN SYS中,对其进行静力分析,计算球轴承滚动体不同部位的等效应力,进行强度校核, 为保证精度,还要进行刚度校核对产生应力集中的部位进行结构优化,并提出修改方案。来减轻重量,缩短产品开发制造周期,保证产品质量。

Abstract:
Bearing is a very important mechanical basic device, its main function is to support the mechanical rotation of the body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and to ensure the accuracy of its rotation.
