面向竹材加工的高效横截装置结构设计文献综述

摘 要:

在我国现代化建设过程中,消耗着大量的木料,林木的大量砍伐不利于资源节约和生态保护,随着我国林业政策的调整,以及资源危机意识的提升,更多的强调环保,木材的发展空间大大缩减,而竹材作为一种绿色材料,必将走进公众视野。竹材有着优良的物理性质和力学性质,良好的抗震性能、保温和隔音性能等等,这些条件确保它能够是一种优良的材料。在竹材加工过程中,横截是对竹材的初加工,现阶段竹材横截加工装置主要以手工简单切削,生产效率较低,人工劳动量大,横截过程易对竹材造成开裂破坏等。如果对横截方式进行从单根横截到多根横截的改进,可达到对竹材加工的更高效生产。

Abstract:

In the process of China#39;s modernization construction, a large amount of wood materials are consumed,with the adjustment of China#39;s forestry policy and the awareness of resource crisis, more emphasis is placed on environmental protection, and the development space of wood is greatly reduced. Bamboo as a green material will surely enter the public eye. Bamboo has excellent physical and mechanical properties, good seismic properties, thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, etc. These conditions ensure that it can be an excellent material. In the process of bamboo processing, the cross-section is the initial processing of bamboo. At present, the bamboo cross-section processing device is mainly manual and simple cutting, the production efficiency is low, the labor is large, and the cross-section process is easy to cause cracking damage to the bamboo. More efficient production of bamboo processing can be achieved if the cross-section is modified from a single cross section to multiple cross sections.

在我国现代化建设过程中,消耗着大量的材料,不仅生产能耗很高,而且污染环境,达不到绿色节能的效果,加之应用较多的木材料,也显得不切实际,因为我国本来木材资源相对就比较稀少。随着我国林业政策的调整,环保和资源危机意识的提升,木材的发展空间大大缩减,而竹材作为一种绿色材料,必将走进公众视野。竹材有着优良的物理性质和力学性质,良好的抗震性能、保温和隔音性能,生态环保,原料充足,经济,这些条件确保它能够是一种优良的材料。
