“面向竹材加工的高效去内节装置结构设计”文献综述

摘 要:

随着森林资源的日益紧缺,可再生,速生,分布广泛,产量大的竹材资源越来越受到人们的关注,全方位,高效率的加工利用竹材资源具有重要意义。我国是世界上的产竹大国,竹林面积和竹子产量均居世界前列,而传统的竹材加工方法效率低下,利用率不高,严重制约了竹产业的发展。在竹材加工中,设计一款高效去内节装置将可以有效的解决这些问题,结合竹材本身的结构特征参数,通过优化去内节过程中的各种工序,利用浮动夹紧装置,组合刀具等解决去内节工序中竹段破裂,竹内径大小不一的问题,实现操作方便,结构简单,加工精度高。

Literature Review of 'Structural Design of High Efficiency Insertion Removal Device for Bamboo Processing'

Abstract:

With the increasing shortage of forest resources, renewable, fast-growing, widely distributed and High-yielding bamboo resources have attracted more and more attention. All-round and efficient processing and utilization of bamboo resources is of great significance. China is a big bamboo-producing country in the world. The area of bamboo forest and the output of bamboo are in the forefront of the world. However, the traditional bamboo processing methods are inefficient and the utilization rate is not high, which seriously restricts the development of bamboo industry. In the process of bamboo processing, the design of an efficient de-internalization device can effectively solve these problems. Combining with the structural characteristic parameters of bamboo itself, by optimizing various processes in the de-internalization process, using floating clamping device and combined cutting tools, the problem of broken bamboo segments and different inner diameters of bamboo in the de-internalization process can be solved. The operation is convenient, the structure is simple and the processing accuracy is high.
