面向温室植物的台式表型信息采集系统设计
由于植物基因组的快速发展,需要大量且准确的表型数据来配合植物基因组,解析植物生长发育性状,从而进一步达到良种选育,提高产量,抗病虫害等能力。过去人工采集植物表型数据存在效率低、误差大、采集样本较少等缺点,为适应大批量、快速、准确、无损的表型测量要求,植物表型信息采集平台则应运而生。本文对植物表型的概念和研究内容做了简单的阐述,并对多在温室环境下应用的台式植物表型平台的国内外发展现状做了总结以及对其中一些台式植物表型平台所搭载的传感器、结构组成、运动方式等方面举例说明。

Design of Benchtop Phenotypic Information Collection System for Greenhouse Plants
Abstract
Due to the rapid development of plant genome, a large number of accurate phenotypic data are needed to cooperate with the plant genome to analyze the growth and development traits of plants, so as to further achieve the ability of breeding superior varieties, improving yield, disease and insect resistance, etc. In the past, the manual collection of plant phenotypic data had some shortcomings, such as low efficiency, large error and few samples collected. In order to meet the requirements of large-scale, rapid, accurate and nondestructive phenotypic measurement, a plant phenotypic information collection platform was developed. In this paper, the concept and research content of plant phenotypes are briefly described, and the development status of benchtop plant phenotypic platforms which are mostly used in greenhouse environment is summarized at home and abroad, and some examples are given to illustrate the sensors, structural composition and movement mode carried by some benchtop plant phenotypic platforms.
