自走式电动绿篱修剪机设计

摘要

绿篱因其选择树种可修剪成各种造型,并能相互组合,从而提高了观赏效果和艺术价值。此外,绿篱还能起到遮盖不良视点、隔离防护、防尘防噪、引导游人观赏路线等作用。因此绿篱修剪是现代园林化最主要的形式之一。由此应运而生的绿篱修剪机成了园林绿化的必要工具,现今的绿篱修剪机小到手持式,大到车载式,如何设计出效率高、成本低、污染少的绿篱修剪机成为园林机械里急需解决的问题。

本文所设计的自走式电动绿篱修剪机在传统绿篱修剪机的基础上,增添了自走功能,底盘采用履带式自走系统,使用多个直流电机分别控制转向、修剪平台的升降、修剪平台旋转。通过传动轴上的多个电磁离合器控制对应剪切机构工作、前进和停止等动作。在无线遥控方面采用单片机的直流电机无线遥控系统,在单片机控制下使绿篱修剪机可达到自走并进行修剪作业的目的,从而使工作人员可以通过远距离监控,达到减轻劳动强度、保障安全的目的。

Self-propelled electric hedge trimmer design

ABSTRACT

Hedge can choose species of trees to prune into various shapes and make combination, so that it improves the ornamental effect and artistic value. in addition, hedge works as covering bad spot、isolation protection、dust prevention and noise prevention、guiding the visitors to watch the route ,etc. Therefore, hedge trimming is one of the most important ways of modern gardening. Emerge as the times require, hedge trimmer becomes the necessary tool in gardening. So far the hedge trimmer ranges from the handheld to the vehicle type. Nowadays, it needs to be solved urgently that how to design high efficiency、low cost、less pollution hedge trimmer.

The Self-propelled electric hedge trimmer mentioned in this paper adds the self-propelled function based on the conventional hedge trimmer, the base of which is made of tracked self-walking system. It uses few DC motors to control sway, lift, rotation of pruning platform. We can control shear mechanismrsquo;s switch by few electromagnetic clutch on the transmission shaft. This machine uses single chip microcomputer based DC motor wireless remote control system to realize the purpose of self-propelled and trim function, which can reduce labor intensity, and ensure security of operator.
