摘 要

脉冲烟雾机作为一种适合农林防护的植保机械,操作简单,方便易用,降低了防治成本,减轻了环境污染,确保了防治效果和植物品质。然而脉冲烟雾机还存在雾化烟化不良,出现滴液、流液现象,脉冲发动机易熄火等问题,需要借鉴相关先进技术,深入研究药液热力雾化机理,对脉动式烟雾机热力雾化装置进行优化设计。国外关于脉动燃烧技术研究开展较早,但将脉动燃烧技术应用于脉冲烟雾机相关的理论研究较少;国内关于这方面的研究起步较晚,但也研制了很多雾化试验装置研究喷头流量、药喷嘴位置、压力与热力雾化等的关系,研究药液热力雾化机理。

Experimental Research on Thermal Atomization Based on Pulse Engine and Test Bench Design

Abstract

As a plant protection machine suitable for agriculture and forestry protection, the pulse smoke machine is simple in operation, convenient and easy to use, reduces the cost of prevention and control, reduces environmental pollution, and ensures the control effect and plant quality. However, the pulsed smoke machine also suffers from poor atomization and fuming, the phenomenon of dripping, fluid flow, and the tendency of the pulse engine to turn off. It is necessary to learn relevant advanced technologies and further study the thermal atomization mechanism of the liquid chemical, and the thermal atomization of the pulsating smoke machine. The device is optimized for design. The research on pulsation combustion technology has been developed earlier in foreign countries, but less theoretical research has been done on the application of pulsation combustion technology to pulsed smoke foggers; domestic studies in this area started relatively late, but many atomization test devices have also been developed to study the flow rate of the nozzles. The relationship between drug nozzle position, pressure and thermal atomization, etc., to study the thermal atomization mechanism of the liquid.
