三角转子森林消防泵的设计

摘 要

在森林灭火中,森林消防泵是一种普遍且应用广泛的工具。国外对森林消防离心泵的研究开展的较早,技术相对成熟。近年来,我国也自主研发了多级森林消防离心泵应用于森林防火,本文介绍了几种典型的森林消防泵的结构特征以及相关的研究方法。但随着大气环境的变化,森林火灾频发,由于森林火情的复杂性,要求我们在现有的森林消防泵的基础上进行创新,设计一种高扬程、大流量、轻质量、高效率的新型森林消防泵。从广义上讲,发动机亦属于流体机械的范畴。三角转子发动机作为一种新型的发动机,具有结构简单、体积小、转速平稳的优点,所以由三角转子发动机可以衍生研究出变容式三角转子泵。基于此,本课题主要进行了以下的研究工作:

①阐释了三角转子泵的工作原理及结构;

②在此基础上,应用微积分法,推导了缸体和转子型线方程;

③结合转子和缸体型线的运动轨迹,对整体进行结构设计,计算流量及扬程;并对关键零件齿轮、轴进行强度校核。

Design of forest fire pump for triangle rotor

ABSTRACT

In the forest fire, forest fire pump is a popular and widely used tool. Earlier studies abroad to carry out the forest fire centrifugal pumps, technology is relatively mature. In recent years, China has also independently developed a multi-stage centrifugal pumps used in forest fire forest fire, the paper describes the structural characteristics of several typical forest fire pumps and related research methods. But with the changes in the atmospheric environment, frequent forest fires, due to the complexity of the forest fire, it requires us to innovate on the basis of existing forest fire pump on the design of a high head, high flow, light weight, high efficiency the new forest fire pump. Broadly speaking, the engine also belongs to the category of the fluid machine. Triangular rotary engine as a new engine having a simple structure, small size, steady speed advantages, may be derived by a triangular rotary engine developed variable displacement lobe rotor pump. Based on this, this paper mainly for the following research:
①explain the working principle and structure of the triangular rotor pump;
②On this basis, the application of micro-integration method, derived cylinder and rotor-type line equation;
③In combination with the trajectory of the rotor and cylinder profile, the overall structure design, calculation of flow and head; and the strength of the key parts gear, shaft strength check.
