电驱式转笼喷雾测试系统的设计
摘要:随着我国的经济发展,截止2012年,我国农林业航空作业达到3,2万,作业面积达200万平方公顷。目前,通用航空公司数量剧增,使得农用飞机不断地增多,促进了我国农林业航空植保产业发展迅速。本文通过对于国内外航空植保的发展现状进行分析探究,从而对于电驱式转笼喷雾测试系统进行设计,以得到更为精确的喷雾参数并为对我国航空喷雾奠定指导基础。

Abstract: With China#39;s economic development, by 2012, China#39;s agricultural and forestry aviation operations reached 320,000 and the area of operation reached 2 million square hectares. At present, the number of general aviation companies has increased rapidly, which has made the number of agricultural aircraft continuously increasing, and promoted the rapid development of China#39;s agricultural and forestry aviation plant protection industry. In this paper, the development status of aviation plant protection at home and abroad is analyzed and researched, and the design of electric drive rotor spray testing system is carried out to obtain more accurate spray parameters and to lay a guiding basis for aviation spraying in China.

1、课题研究目的和意义
飞机喷雾作业环境比较复杂,影响的相关因数较多,在户外条件下影响因素较多,很难获得转笼喷头的雾化性能,为达到航空施药的最佳效果,本课题中基于轻型直升机设计可雾化效果较好的转笼雾化喷头,由于风力驱动实验室研究比较困难,本课题设计电机驱动的转笼雾化试验台,包括电驱动力、支撑装置、转笼雾化喷头、供液系统等主要部件,通过试验系统的激光粒度仪可以完成转笼大小、转速对雾化效果的影响研究,研究结果将分析影响因素并提出优化的建议,从而达到改善航空施药喷洒效果、提高航空作业安全水平及保护环境的目的,为我国航空喷雾的应用指导奠定基础。
