农林副产品液压打包机
摘 要
随着农林业的高速发展，人们针对农林业副产品的收集与处理等工作，研制出一系列的打包机。本文主要研究打包机的工作原理以及一些重要机构部件的设计。液压打包机实质是利用液压作为动力，将农林业副产品进行压缩，使之形成一定的形状，以便于运输和储存。为了提高工作效率，经常在液压压缩机构的基础上附加一些其他的机构来赋予打包机更多的功能。例如，为了节省捡拾秸秆等副产品的人力，增加了自动捡拾机构，除此之外，还有自动行走机构及自动穿线打捆机构等。而这些机构的设计通常与所需处理的副产品的物理特性有关，因此，在研制打包机时，需要有一定的理论支持。研制出一流品质的打包机对于实现农业现代化具有重要意义，本文针对液压打包机的总体结构提出更有创新性的设计。

Hydraulic Packing Machine For By-products Of Agricultural
ABSTRACT
With the high-speed development of agriculture and forestry, people have developed a series of packaging machines for the collection and processing of agricultural and forestry by-products. In this paper, the working principle of the packer and the design of some important parts are studied. Hydraulic packing machine uses the hydraulic power as a driving force, the agricultural and forestry products will be compressed to form a certain shape to facilitate the transport and storage. In order to improve the work efficiency, more functions are added to the hydraulic compression mechanism on the basis of a number of other agencies. For example, in order to save the manual labor to pick up the straw and other by-products, the automatic picking mechanism was designed. The automatic walking mechanism and automatic wire tying mechanism are also designed. The design of these mechanisms is usually related to the physical properties of the by-products to be processed. Therefore, there is a certain theoretical support for the development of the packaging machine. It is of great significance to develop the first class packaging machine to realize the modernization of agriculture. In this paper, the innovative design of the overall structure of the hydraulic baler is put forward.
