比重式种子精选设备的总体设计
摘 要：
种子精选分级技术是一项提高种子质量的重要技术，主要作用是清除混入的异作物或不合格的种子，使种子达到机械化精密播种的要求，进而提高播种质量、作物产量、农间作业生产率。本文简单概况了目前种子分级的5种方法，即根据种子的形状与大小、动力学特性、比重、色泽和负电性等特性进行分离。详细介绍了比重式种子精选设备。本文分析了现有机型存在的通用性差和操作不便等问题，在现有比重式种子精选设备的基础上改进，开展系列研究工作，力求设计一款经济实用易操作的小型种子精选机。

The overall design of gravity seed selection equipment
ABSTRACT
Seed selection and classification technology is an important technology to improve the quality of seeds, main purpose is to clear with the seeds of different seeds or unqualified seeds, making the seeds reach the requirements of precision seeding mechanization, and improve the quality of seed, crop yield, agriculture productivity. In this paper, a simple overview of the current seed grading of five kinds of methods：according to the shape and size of seeds, dynamic characteristics, gravity, color and electronegativity .This paper describes gravity seed selection equipment in detail. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current models, such as poor versatility and inconvenient operation. On the basis of the improvement of the existing seed selection equipment, a series of research work has been carried out in order to design an economical, practical and easy to operate small seed selecting machine.
