高性能谷物干燥机的总体设计
摘 要
我国是一个谷物生产大国,收获后的谷物是否干燥及时,直接关系到谷物的储藏及后续的加工过程,每年由于不能及时干燥造成的谷物损失有500万吨之多。我国自然干燥已有千年的历史,大都是利用太阳能的热量和自然风来干燥的,它受气候影响很大。收获季节阴雨天气较多,谷物常常得不到及时的干燥而产生霉烂、发芽、变质。所以,无论在国外,还是在国内,都在大力发展干燥机。
本文主要是对谷物干燥机进行总体设计,根据谷物谷物干燥的要求进行干燥机的总体结构设计的研究;进行干燥过程的工艺参数设定,研究影响设计参数的因素,理论上明确干燥机各设计参数的确定方法。

ABSTRACT
