蔬菜清洗机的总体设计
摘要
随着人们对生活要求的提高，新鲜蔬菜的需求越来越大。人工蔬菜清洗的高强度和低效率严重阻碍了蔬菜加工生产的前景。为此蔬菜清洗机的发展势在必行。本文分析了滚筒式洗菜机、振动洗菜机、超声波洗菜机、气泡洗菜机等四种洗菜机的工作原理及工作方式。在研究了解了四种不同的蔬菜清洗机后结合它们的优点，尽量解决它们的不足设计一种更为合理的蔬菜清洗机。

THE OVERALL DESIGN OF VEGETABLE CLEANING MACHINE
ABSTRACT
With the improvement of peoples life demand, there is an increasing demand of fresh vegetables. High strength and low efficiency of artificial vegetables cleaning a serious impediment to the prospect of vegetable processing production. Therefore the development of the vegetable washer is imperative. This paper analyzes the drum washing machine, vibration cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, bubble wash dish machine and working principle of the four dish washing machine, such as way to work. In research to understand the four different vegetables cleaning machine and combined with the advantages of them, and try to address their shortcomings to design a more reasonable vegetable cleaning machine.
