摘 要
随着人民生活水平的提高,对优质木材的需求量大大增加。但随着国家天然林资源保护工程的实施, 以及全球范围内木材输出国对原木出口的限制,国内优质大径级木材严重短缺,人工林资源合理利用的新技术研发对木材加工行业显得日益重要。但人工林木材因生长速度快,在材质和材性上存在固有缺陷,如力学强度低、尺寸稳定性差、耐久性差等问题,无法满足特定领域的使用需求。对木材进行浸渍、热处理改性等以提高材料的相应性能。本文综述了利用浸渍处理、热处理等改性方法以提高木材防霉性能的相关研究。

Mold-Resistance of UF Impregnation Enhancement-heat Treatment Poplar
Abstract
With the improvement of people#39;s living standards, the demand for quality wood has increased greatly. However, with the implementation of the National Natural Forest Resources Protection Project and the restrictions on the export of exporting countries around the world. In China, there is a serious shortage of high-quality timber, so the development of new technologies for rational utilization of plantation resources is becoming increasingly important to the wood industry. However, because of the rapid growth rate of plantation wood, there are inherent defects in material and material properties, such as low mechanical strength, poor dimensional stability, and poor durability, as a result they cannot meet the needs of specific fields. The modifications like impregnation, heat-treatment can improve properties of the material. This paper reviews the related researches on the use of impregnation, heat treatment and other modification methods to improve the mold resistance of wood.

我国森林资源总量丰富,在全球范围内排名前列,但是人均资源不足,仅为世界平均水平的1/4,同时,我国面临着森林质量不高、分布不均的问题[1]。随着人们生活品质的提高,对木材及其制品的需求大大增加,发展人工速生林,是解决木材供应紧缺的重要措施。但是速生材通常含有高比例的幼龄材,其材质松软、密度低、力学性能较差,且容易被真菌、变色菌、霉菌等侵蚀导致腐朽发霉,严重影响材料的使用。为了改善速生材的生物耐久性,延长木材产品的使用寿命,对木材进行改性处理显得尤为重要[2]。
