淀粉-壳聚糖层层自组装木材胶黏剂的研究

摘要:木材是当今社会常用的一种材料,且木材资源的短缺将与我国经济发展长期共存。人造板是一种提高木材利用率和改善木材性能的重要途径。如今,人造板工业已经成为木材工业的一个重要分支。木材胶黏剂在人造板工业中起着举足轻重的作用。目前木材胶黏剂的用量超过其他所有产品用胶黏剂的2倍,其中“三醛”胶的用量占90%,在生产过程与使用过程中会释放出游离甲醛,危害人们的身体健康。因此,研究无甲醛环保型人造板非常必要。为了减少甲醛木材胶黏剂的使用,研究了壳聚糖与淀粉的化学改性,采用层层自组装技术,制备出一种黏结性能好、价格优廉、无毒、易上浆的胶合板胶黏剂膜。

Abstract: Wood is a commonly used material in todays society, and the shortage of wood resources will coexist with my countrys economic development for a long time. Wood-based panels are an important way to increase the utilization rate of wood and improve the performance of wood. Today, the wood-based panel industry has become an important branch of the wood industry. Wood adhesives play a pivotal role in the wood-based panel industry. At present, the amount of wood adhesives is more than twice that of all other products. Among them, the amount of 'trialdehyde' glue accounts for 90%. Free formaldehyde is released during production and use, which endangers peoples health. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the formaldehyde-free and environmentally friendly wood-based panels. In order to reduce the use of formaldehyde wood adhesives, the chemical modification of chitosan and starch was studied, and layer-by-layer self-assembly technology was used to prepare a plywood adhesive with good bonding performance, high price, non-toxic, and easy to sizing.
