年产100万平方米多层实木复合地板生产流程与设备配置的研究
摘要：本文综述了对年产100万平方米多层实木复合地板生产流程与设备配置的研究，现在多层实木复合地板生产自动化水平未达理想状态，生产工艺技术有待继续提高。本文旨在解决实木复合地板的生产流程相对独立，工艺复杂，技术含量高，成本高等问题，通过更新生产技术、工艺、设备配置等方法，以解决生产自动化、满足产量需求。

Abstract：in this paper, we discuss the research on production technology and equipment configuration of solid wood composite floor with an annual output of 1 million square meters. Now the production automation level of multi-layer parquet has not reached the ideal state, and the production technology needs to be further improved. This paper aims to solve the problems that the production process of parquet is relatively independent, the process is complex, the technical content is high, and the cost is high. By updating the production technology, process, equipment configuration and other methods, in order to solve the production automation, to achieve the production demand.

1 引言
实木复合地板与传统实木地板相比，实际上是其的衍生产品，由于结构的改变，其实用性能和抗变形能力有所提高，是一种介于强化地板和实木地板之间的新型材料，它不仅拥有了强化地板和实木地板的优点，坚固耐用，美观自然，保湿性能好，还避免了实木地板易变形，翘曲等的劣势。同时，从产品结构上来说，实木复合地板只有在其表面采用了优质木材，而基材采用的则是速生木材的胶合板或拼板，是一种较为节约资源的地板。
但是实木复合地板当前仍有一些缺陷与劣势，比如目前实木复合地板生产流程各个工序相对独立，自动化程度低，生产效率较差。所以，通过对其生产设备配置的研究，能否能将其生产流程与设备配置进行优化，是能否提高实木复合地板生产线自动化程度的关键。从而能达到年产100万平方米的产量要求。
