一种强化木地板叠板传送装置控制系统设计

摘要： 强化木地板包装线大部分使用设备落后，已经跟不上现代化的步伐，在强化木地板包装的过程中，绝大多数都需要人力手工完成，人工成本高昂，效率低下。为了保证强化木地板包装流水线的质量和效率，对强化木地板叠板传送机构进行研究，引入PLC控制系统，提高生产线智能化程度，使强化木地板包装效率提升，并使用组态软件进行监控，获取状态信息。

Abstract ：Laminate wood floor packaging line most of the use of equipment backward, has been unable to keep up with the pace of modernization, in the process of laminate wood floor packaging, the vast majority of human manual completion, labor costs are high, low efficiency. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of packaging assembly line of laminated wood flooring, the paper studies laminated wood flooring transmission mechanism, introduces PLC control system, improves the intellectualization of production line, improves packaging efficiency of laminated wood flooring, and uses configuration software to monitor and obtain state information.

1 研究背景
强化地板又称浸渍纸层压木质地板，主要原材料是枝丫材和速生小径木材，节省资源，是一种符合可持续发展战略的绿色环保产品。强化木地板虽然20世纪末才进入我国，但通过不断的发展，现已占据了极其重要的地位，领先于其他品类地板。强化地板在我国成就了一批民族企业，打造出知名的品牌，并建立了具有本国特色的标准，推动了经济的发展。强化木地板具有性质和价格上的优势，物美价廉，优点众多，强化木地板绿色环保、防潮阻燃、耐磨美观、易于清理，凭借着自身优点强化木地板收到购买者的青睐，未来市场广阔，消费潜力巨大。
