木基柔性电极的制备及其表征
摘 要
目前可穿戴电子设备的发展,对配套储能设备的柔性有了更高的要求[1,2]。比如说日常生活中经常使用的头戴式耳机,智能手表手机和最新出现的可折叠式手机都有极高的弯曲度,这就意味着装载在上面的电子器件需要很好的柔性。但目前传统储能设备的电极并不具备柔性,不能满足柔性需求。有研究将导电活性物质负载在塑料、聚酯纤维等柔性基材上来制备柔性电极,但聚合物大多难以降解,大范围的应用在更新速度较快的电子设备中势必会导致严重的环境污染。因此,制备出一种具有良好柔性且绿色环保的电极材料对于柔性电子器件的发展是至关重要的[3-5]。这时木材成为了聚焦点,相比于塑料,木材是一种可自然降解的绿色材料。而且木材具有良好的力学性能,和发达的孔结构,可以通过浸渍,滴涂化学药品等方法,对木材进行处理或负载其他活性物质,从而实现木材的功能化改性。本文对柔性木材和导电木材的制备方法进行了阐述以便制备出具有较好电化学性能的木基柔性电极。

Preparation and characterization of wood-based flexible electrodes
ABSTRACT
At present, the development of wearable electronic devices has higher requirements for the flexibility of supporting energy storage devices. For example, the headsets, smart watch phones and the latest foldable phones that are often used in daily life all have a very high degree of bending, which means that the electronic devices mounted on them need to be very flexible. However, the current electrodes of traditional energy storage devices are not flexible and cannot meet the requirements for flexibility. There are researches to prepare flexible electrodes by loading conductive active materials on flexible substrates such as plastics and polyester fibers. However, most polymers are difficult to degrade, and a wide range of applications in fast-updated electronic devices will inevitably lead to serious environmental pollution. Therefore, it is very important for the development of flexible electronic devices to prepare an electrode material with good flexibility and environmental protection. At this time, wood has become the focal point. Compared with plastic, wood is a naturally degradable green material. Moreover, wood has good mechanical properties and a developed pore structure. The wood can be treated or loaded with other active substances by dipping, dripping chemicals and other methods, so as to realize the functional modification of wood. This article describes the preparation methods of flexible wood and conductive wood in order to prepare wood-based flexible electrodes with better electrochemical performance.
