森林资源信息更新方法综述
摘要
随着中国现代林业的发展和集约经营的要求,各省对森林资源信息的实时性要求不断提高。本设计在分析现有森林资源更新研究成果的基础上,从生产实践的角度提出基于二类调查小班数据的森林资源更新技术路线和方法。以前期二类调查数据、年度森林经营档案数据及两期卫星影像作为数据源,应用3S、数学模型、数据库等技术方法结合现地调查核实,实现落实到小班的森林资源更新及年度出数。根据森林资源信息更新方法,介绍了森林资源新信息更新的概念,在此基础上详细分析和评价了常见的森林资源更新的研究现状和特点,并从研究尺度和优缺点方面对各种更新方法进行了对比。

Review of Forest resource information update method
Abstract
With the development of modern forestry in China and the requirements of intensive management, the real-time requirements of forest resources information in various provinces have been continuously improved. Based on the analysis of the existing research results of forest resources renewal, this design proposes the technical route and method of forest resource renewal based on the second class survey small class data from the perspective of production practice. The previous two types of survey data, the annual forest management archive data and the two satellite images were used as data sources, and the 3S, mathematical models, databases and other technical methods were combined with the local survey and verification to realize the forest resources update and annual output to the small class. According to the forest resource information update method, the concept of new information update of forest resources is introduced. On this basis, the research status and characteristics of common forest resource renewal are analyzed and evaluated in detail, and various updating methods are studied from the research scale and advantages and disadvantages. A comparison was made.

我国在1949年以前就基本建立了森林计测学和森林经理学学科体系[1],但限于科技水平和国力,未曾开展过大规模的森林资源调查与监测,至20世纪50年代初才在东北林区开展了大面积森林资源调査。一般认为,我国森林资源信息管理始于60年代初期[2-5]。在20世纪80年代,林业比较发达的加拿大,就使用了GIS软件的森林资源管理系统。之后,美国、德国等国家,在林业管理上也使用了3S技术,并且在森林资源管理上取得了很大的成果。经过长达几十年的发展,我国如今建立起了较完善的森林资源新管理体系,都有了较为长足的进步。
