基于地基雷达探测技术对植物根系的评估状况研究的文献综述
--兼述此次研究的特色与创新
摘要:根系在植物生长发育过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,根系研究是理解植物与土壤相互作用的重要基础,对阐释生态系统水力平衡以及营养循环意义重大。而本研究选择的法国梧桐的健康状况和年龄影响根系的生长,根系结构特征在一定程度上是其健康评价体系的重要组成部分之一。 探地雷达作为一种无损的电磁波探测方法,在生物学植物根系体探测利用方面具备可行性,利用探地雷达对植物根系体进行综合探测,研究植物根系体的展布规律及范围。
本研究采用地基雷达探测技术对不同年龄法桐的根部进行探测并得出分析数据,从而进行以下计算并汇总不同的法桐在城市环境下的根系数据和健康的关系,总结出一个法桐健康状况评估机制。并追溯探地雷达在根系应用方面最新研究成果和前沿科学问题,讨论不同研究方法和相关试验的优缺点,展望该研究领域未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Root system plays a very important role in plant growth and development. Root system research is an important basis for understanding the interaction between plant and soil. It is of great significance to explain the hydraulic balance and nutrient cycle of ecosystem. In this study, the health status and age of Indus in France affected the growth of root system, and the structural characteristics of root system were to some extent one of the important components of its health evaluation system. As a non-destructive electromagnetic wave detection method, GPR is feasible in the detection and utilization of biological plant root body. The comprehensive detection of plant root body is carried out by GPR to study the distribution law and scope of plant root body.
In this study, ground-based radar detection technology was used to detect the roots of different age trees and to obtain analytical data, so as to calculate and summarize the relationship between root data and health of different trees in urban environment. A health assessment mechanism was summarized. The latest research results and frontier scientific problems of ground penetrating radar in root system application are traced back, the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods and related experiments are discussed, and the future development direction of this research field is prospected.

根是植物长期以来适应陆地生活环境而形成的一个具有固定支撑、吸收、运输、贮藏、代谢和繁殖等功能的重要器官,主要分为根尖、根体和根基等几大部位,根尖是根生长过程中最为活跃的部位,不仅吸收水分和养分以供植物生长,还生长发育成根的各种组织结构,随着植物的生长,植物的根也在不断的生长,根体和根基经过次生生长以后,不断的增长、增粗成为根系的骨架,即根系统中较粗的根,这部分根由于已经成熟老化,生命活动也不如根尖活跃,吸收水分和养分的能力也逐渐降低,主要起到锚固支撑和物质运输的作用。
