摘要

高校试办高水平运动队是我国多形势、多渠道、多层次培养优秀竞技体育人才的一项重要战略措施。然而随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善，我国高校连续多年的扩招造成了高校毕业生高存量、高膨胀，给大学生就业带来一定的压力和难度。高校高水平运动员的就业同样也存在以上问题。本研究采用文献法和调查研究法对武汉理工大学高水平运动员就业压力进行了全面的研究，发现高水平运动员就业压力处于较高水平，其中女高水平运动员就业压力高于男高水平运动员。高水平运动员就业压力对身体健康影响小，对学习生活影响适中，对心理健康影响较大。高水平运动员就业压力来源主要是用人单位、专业供求、求职竞争、缺乏求职帮助、自身职业素质、自我认知与定位。高水平运动员就业压力由大到小排序为求职竞争的压力、缺乏求职帮助的压力、自我认知与定位的压力、用人单位施加的压力、自身职业素质评价压力、专业供求矛盾压力。大多数高水平运动员能够积极主动地应对就业压力，只有极少数高水平运动员采取消极应对的方式。造成高水平运动员就业压力处于较高水平有社会、学校和自身三方面的原因。最后本文也从这方面提出了缓解高水平运动员就业压力的对策。

Abstract

The high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities is a measure of a training of excellent sports talents in our country situation, multi-channel and multi-level strategy. However, as China's socialist market economic system gradually established and perfected, China's colleges and universities for many years the enrollment of college graduates, Gao Cunliang caused a high expansion, the employment of college students to bring some pressure and difficulty. The employment of high level athletes in Colleges and universities has the same problems. This study adopts the method of literature and investigation of high level athletes of Wuhan University of Technology employment pressure to carry out a comprehensive study found that high level athletes employment pressure at a high level, the high level athletes of female employment pressure is higher than that of male high level athletes. The high level athlete's employment pressure has little influence on the health, has moderate influence on the study life, and has a great influence on the mental health. The main sources of employment pressure for high level athletes are employers, professional supply and demand, job hunting competition, lack of job search assistance, professional quality, self recognition and orientation. High level athletes employment pressure from big to small order of job stress, lack of competition of job help self cognition and positioning pressure, pressure, pressure, the employer's own occupation quality evaluation stress of supply and demand of major. Most of the high level athletes can take the initiative to deal with the pressure of employment, only a very small number of high-level athletes to take the negative coping style. The high level of pressure on the employment of athletes at a higher level of social, school and their own three reasons. At last, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the pressure of high level athletes.

1.1研究背景及意义

随着我国经济的高速发展和现代社会的深刻改革，我国高等教育也进行了天翻地覆的改变，教育模式也有了很大进步，教育模式从初期的精英化教育逐步演化为为大众化模式的教育。我国高校扩招后，毕业人数大幅度增长，引发了就业岗位的就业矛盾。根据高等教育发展的态势以及高校的大规模扩招，每年都有大批量的学生从校园走向社会，大学生就业这一问题日渐严峻，特别是近些年，就业形势更加严峻。在未来几年，高校毕业生数量仍会大幅度增加，使得原本已经就业困难的高校就业市场的竞争变得更加激烈。2008年金融危机以后，社会就业岗位的变少，加剧了竞争压力。社会各界高度关注数百万应届毕业生的就业问题，因为毕业生就业问题意义重大，不仅关系到高校毕业生的自身利益，更关系到未来我国高等教育的改革发展方向，关系到未来我国科教兴国战略的实施，还关系到我国社会政治稳定这一大问题。目前，应届高校毕业生就业问题已经成为了我国社会各界共同关注的民生难题。
