中国白蜡木流变成型性影响因子研究

摘 要:木材流变学的研究对于提高木材利用率、提高木材产品质量等方面都具有重大意义,白蜡木作为一种具有良好流变成型性的木材,目前国内的应用仅限于二维弯曲和防蛀工艺,未能利用好它的流变成型性,同时对提升流变成型性的因素以及中国白蜡木流变成型优越性的原因都尚不明确。因此本研究将通过参考国内外木材流变学的研究方法和问题,再结合自身研究内容,明确中国白蜡木流变成型性影响因子,揭示中国白蜡木流变成型的机制。改变含水率、成型剂浸渍条件、木质素脱除程度,探究这些因素对中国白蜡木流变成型性的影响,探索最佳的流变成型条件。同时从宏观力学和微观形貌两方面解析中国白蜡木具有良好流变成型性的原因,为木材流变成型用材的优选提供依据,同时也进一步明确木材流变成型性的机理。

Research on Influencing Factors of Rheological Formations of Chinese ash

Abstract:The research of wood rheology is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of wood and the quality of wood products. Ash wood, as a kind of wood with good rheological formability, is currently limited to two-dimensional bending and mothproof technology in China. It has failed to make good use of its rheological formability. At the same time, it is not clear about the factors to improve the rheological formability and the reasons for the superiority of rheological formability of ash wood in China. Therefore, by referring to the research methods and problems of wood rheology at home and abroad, and combined with our own research content, this study will clarify the influencing factors of rheological properties of ash wood in China, and reveal the rheological forming mechanism of ash wood in China. By changing the moisture content, the impregnation condition of molding agent and the degree of lignin removal, the effects of these factors on the rheological properties of Chinese ash wood were studied, and the best rheological forming conditions were explored. At the same time, the reasons for the good rheological formability of Chinese ash wood were analyzed from two aspects of macro-mechanics and micro-morphology, which provided a basis for the optimization of wood rheological forming materials, and further clarified the mechanism of wood rheological formability.

1 引言

近年来,我国的森林资源的数量和质量都稳步增长,但人均森林面积、人均森林蓄积都低于世界人均水平,其次森林资源总量相对不足、质量不高、分布不均的问题依旧存在,因此我国仍是一个少林、木材资源匮乏的国家。
