摘要:近年来,随着对外交流的增多,学校中以交流中心为名义的综合建筑物开始出现,这一类校园综合体不同于教学综合楼等纯教学功能的建筑物,而是一类复合了教学、停车、餐饮、购物等不同类型功能的建筑物,其多功能复合的要求使得建筑物对于流线的组织和使用功能,甚至空间体验提出了比一般教育建筑更高的要求。本文介绍了综合体的发展历程,国内外相关研究概况,并且提出了设计的目的意义以及特色与创新。旨在设计出具有特色的校园综合体,以达到既可突破传统、标新立异又可做到易实施的目的。在保证人们日益增长的室内舒适性需求的同时,控制建筑能耗的增长,达到节能减排的目的,在新时期具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: In recent years, with the increase of foreign exchanges, comprehensive buildings in the name of exchange center began to appear. This kind of campus complex is different from buildings with pure teaching functions such as teaching complex building, but a kind of buildings with different functions such as teaching, parking, catering and shopping. Because of its multi-functional composite requirements, buildings have higher requirements than general educational buildings for the organization and use of streamline functions and even spatial experience. This paper introduces the development of the complex, the general situation of related research at home and abroad, and puts forward the purpose and significance of the design as well as the characteristics and innovation. The aim is to design a campus complex with characteristics, so as to achieve the goal of breaking through the tradition, novelty and implementation. It is of great practical significance to control the increase of building energy consumption and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction while ensuring people#39;s increasing indoor comfort needs.

1 课题提出的背景

综合体是西方二战后大学建设热潮中出现的一种新的校园空间类型。这类建筑不采用传统的“按系设馆'的空间组织模式,而是对校园功能进行整体化的规划设计,将学校部分功能集中在一座建筑内,或者用连廊、院落、网格、基座、屋项等方式将一个小型建筑群连成整体,以达到节约用地、共享资源、学科交叉、促进交流、快速建设等要求。

随着我国国民经济持续快速的发展和科教兴国战略的实施,我国高等教育事业进入了一个全新的大发展时期。对于中国大学校园的建设来讲,这是一个百家争鸣的时代,不同规模、不同性质、不同类型的校区建设此起彼伏,在这一大批新建和扩建的校园中,一些大学根据自身特点采用了综合体式的校园类型或吸纳了其设计理念,成为了我国大学规划设计的一个重要方向。
