近些年来，随着人们生活水平的提高和数字化技术的发展，消费者消费和数字化生活的渗透，为各个行业划出一条条完美曲线。产业发展从单品到多品类再到定制发展，满足人民群众对美好生活向往的需求。家装行业同样也不例外。最近几年里，【1】定制家具在家装市场里很受欢迎，定制你喜欢的风格、定制适合你家的尺寸，不必考虑现成买回的家具尺寸不合理，搭配不和谐的问题。因其兼顾了实用性与空间利用率，又能充分展现出消费者对个性、时尚、舒适的追求，从而越来越深入人心，但其实定制家具在中国市场已经发展了十余年，高速成长期却不过几年而已，如今已经进入了存量市场，多数企业增速下滑，并开始纷纷追逐【2】“全屋整装”“大家居”概念。全屋定制是定制家具的迭代版本，也是未来这几年家具行业的发展方向，同时也代表了中国家具行业自主创新一次成功转型升级。而且全屋定制从整体设计，材料，经营理念/模式，制造技术，销售方式等很多层面和模式上，跳出了传统家具经营模式的套路，走出了一条属于自己的路。随着近几年行业内大佬们，例如欧派，索菲亚等成功上市，各大厂商纷纷开始转型来适应时代发展的潮流【3】。这无疑是家居行业一次历史性的转折点。随着【4-13】工业4.0生产的普及，科学技术以及【5】互联网 的日渐强大，未来家具的发展该何去何从值得我们探究！本文将结合定制家具的定义及对市场的调研分析探讨家具产业的发展现状和面临的问题，并分析其未来的发展趋势。

Current situation and future development trend of customized furniture industry

In recent years, customized furniture is very popular in the home furnishing market. You can customize the style you like and the size that suits your home. You don#39;t need to consider that the size of the furniture you bought out of the box is unreasonable and the collocation is not harmonious. Because of its combination of practicality and space utilization rate, it can fully show consumers#39; pursuit of individuality, fashion and comfort, so it is more and more popular. But in fact, customized furniture has developed for more than ten years in the Chinese market, but its high-speed growth period is only a few years. Now it has entered the stock market, and the growth rate of most enterprises has declined, and they have begun to pursue 'whole house integration' 'Big home' concept. Whole house customization is an iterative version of customized furniture, and it is also the development direction of furniture industry in the next few years. It also represents a successful transformation and upgrading of independent innovation in China#39;s furniture industry. Moreover, the whole house customization has jumped out of the routine of traditional furniture management mode from many aspects and modes, such as overall design, materials, business philosophy / mode, manufacturing technology, sales mode, etc., and has come out a way of its own. In recent years, with the successful listing of the tycoons in the industry, such as Europa, Sofia and so on, the major manufacturers have begun to transform to adapt to the trend of the development of the times . This is undoubtedly a historic turning point in the home furnishing industry.
