竹集成材梳妆台和梳妆椅设计
摘 要：家具的绿色制造是实现资源优化利用、环境保护以及家具制造业可持续发展的有效手段,而竹材具有密度大、强度高、纹理通直、弯曲性能好等特点,且竹资源丰富,是建筑行业及家具产业中的重要资源之一其中竹集成材作为一种环保型家具基材正在为人们所知。实现竹集成材家具的绿色制造也是顺应我国的可持续发展战略，'以竹代木'的设计理念可有效缓解木质资源缺乏的问题,但过度依赖于木家具的设计方法,使竹集成材家具产品丧失了自身的'个性'。针对上述问题,进行科学分析,为竹集成材家具产品设计提供参考依据。以竹材为基材,从材性、色彩、强度及与其他材质的适配性上进行充分分析,探索性提出几种适合竹集成材家具产品设计的策略。

Abstract： Green manufacturing of furniture is an effective means to achieve optimal utilization of resources, environmental protection and sustainable development of the furniture manufacturing industry, and bamboo has the characteristics of high density, high strength, straight texture and good bending performance. As one of the important resources in the furniture industry, bamboo glulam is known as an environmentally friendly furniture base material. The realization of green manufacturing of bamboo laminate furniture is also in line with China#39;s sustainable development strategy. The design concept of 'replace bamboo with wood' can effectively alleviate the problem of lack of wood resources, but excessively rely on the design method of wooden furniture to make bamboo laminate furniture The product loses its own 'personality'. Aiming at the above problems, a scientific analysis is carried out to provide a reference basis for the design of bamboo laminate furniture products. Taking bamboo as the base material, the wood material, color, strength and adaptability with other materials are fully analyzed, and several strategies suitable for the design of bamboo laminated wood furniture products are exploratively proposed.
