《基于现代榫卯加工方法的花梨炕桌标准化设计分析》
摘要：中国传统家具的结构以榫卯接合为主。而榫卯作为一种固定式结构,不利于生产和产品的三化(模块化、标准化、系列化)以及产品的远途运输,给生产和销售带来了极大的不便。因此，本文在研究以花梨炕桌为例的古典家具结构的基础上，对花梨炕桌进行有利于现代化加工生产标准化的设计。榫槽加工接合方式的简化是采用五金件、圆棒榫和指接榫等接合方式对木框结构和“龙凤榫加穿带”进行改良。给出设计方案后，通过对比和比较几种设计方案之间的工艺复杂程度、现代化加工难度、用料成本，从而获得最优的设计方案，并着力于实现古典家具产品结构的模块化、标准化、系列化，以期让古典家具获得现代化的加工方式，从而扩大市场覆盖面，乃至走向世界，并且能对中国家具业和“中式家具”风格形成有所裨益,并促进全行业发展。

Standardized design analysis of rosewood Kang Table Based on modern mortise and mortise processing method
ABSTRACT
The structure of Chinese traditional furniture is mainly tenon mortise joint. As a kind of fixed structure, mortise and tenon is not conducive to the production and the three products (modularization, standardization, serialization) and the long-distance transportation of products, which brings great inconvenience to production and sales. Therefore, based on the study of the classical furniture structure of Huali Kang Table, this paper designs the Huali Kang table which is conducive to the standardization of modern processing and production. The simplification of tenon and groove processing and joint mode is to improve the wood frame structure and 'Dragon Phoenix tenon plus threading belt' by adopting the joint mode of hardware, round bar tenon and finger joint. After the design scheme is given, the optimal design scheme can be obtained by comparing and comparing the process complexity, modern processing difficulty and material cost of several design schemes, and the modular, standardized and serialized structure of classical furniture products can be realized, so as to make the classical furniture obtain modern processing mode, thus expanding the market coverage and even going to the world In addition, it can be beneficial to the formation of Chinese furniture industry and 'Chinese furniture' style, and promote the development of the whole industry.
