家具产业电商销售模式下包装过程的质量管理研究
摘 要:随着科学技术的日新月异,人们消费方式逐渐发生变化,激烈的市场竞争使传统制造企业开始进军电商销售,家具电商企业因此得以产生和发展。随着家具电商企业的迅速发展,家具电商产品的消费者投诉率逐年提升,网购家具产品的质量问题尤为严重。企业电商产品质量管理水平的低下,降低了消费者满意度,影响企业的口碑与形象。因此,家具电商销售产品的质量管理成了家具企业开展电商活动的重点和难点,质量管理能力的提升是家具电商企业必须关注的关键问题。与传统家具零售相比,家具企业针对电商销售产品的质量管理存在不同的要求。
本课题通过相关理论知识及文献综述,分析电商环境下家具产品销售特征,以某家具企业为研究对象,运用相关质量统计技术和质量改进方法,调查研究某公司产品在包装过程中的质量问题情况,分析其中存在的管理问题,综合运用质量管理、物流管理等方面的理论与技术,提出电商家具产品在包装过程中的质量管理改进措施,加强包装过程中的家具产品质量管理,减少质量问题的出现。

Research on Quality Management of Packaging Process under the Furniture Industry E-commerce Sales Mode
Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, people#39;s consumption patterns are gradually changing. Fierce market competition has caused traditional manufacturing companies to enter e-commerce sales, and furniture e-commerce companies have been able to produce and develop. With the rapid development of furniture e-commerce enterprises, the consumer complaint rate of furniture e-commerce products has been increasing year by year, and the quality problems of online shopping furniture products are particularly serious. The low level of corporate e-commerce product quality management reduces consumer satisfaction and affects the corporate reputation and image. Therefore, the quality management of the products sold by furniture e-commerce has become the focus and difficulty of furniture enterprises in developing e-commerce activities. The improvement of quality management capabilities is a key issue that furniture e-commerce enterprises must pay attention to. Compared with traditional furniture retail, furniture companies have different requirements for the quality management of e-commerce products.
This topic analyzes the sales characteristics of furniture products in the e-commerce environment through relevant theoretical knowledge and literature reviews. Taking a furniture company as the research object, using relevant quality statistical techniques and quality improvement methods, investigate and study the quality problems of a companyrsquo;s products in the packaging process Analyze the existing management problems, comprehensively apply the theories and technologies of quality management, logistics management, etc., propose quality management improvement measures for e-commerce furniture products in the packaging process, strengthen the quality management of furniture products in the packaging process, and reduce quality The problem arises.
