关于厂房改造设计研究的文献综述
摘 要
本文主要针对以对废旧工业厂房改造设计进行空间的再利用并传递文化内涵为核心的专题研究进行文献资料的整理总结，通过总结国内外对于废弃工业建筑的重塑与可持续发展的历史研究，对目前厂房建筑的改造设计案例分析、以及对于在飞速的社会更新进程冲击下，产业的调整与社会结构的改变对老厂房改造趋势的影响，以及如何在社会转型的过程中使得更多的废弃建筑得到有效的再次利用，同时保留社会发展的痕迹，并在此基础上更好的延续相应的历史文化。
文章针对国内外有关旧工业建筑的改造模式以及对于废弃建筑、社会、人类文化之间的联系研究，以实际案例为支撑，从理论和实践两个方面探讨国内外系统的工业建筑再利用的实施策略研究。

A literature review on the design and reconstruction of factory buildings
Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the special research focusing on the reuse of space and the transfer of cultural connotation in the reconstruction design of waste industrial buildings. Through summarizing the historical research on the reconstruction and sustainable development of waste industrial buildings at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the reconstruction design cases of the current plant buildings and impacts on the rapid social renewal process Next, the impact of industrial adjustment and social structure change on the transformation trend of old factory buildings, how to make more abandoned buildings effectively reused in the process of social transformation, keep the traces of social development, and on this basis better continue the corresponding historical culture.
Based on the research on the transformation mode of old industrial buildings at home and abroad as well as the connection between abandoned buildings, society and human culture, and supported by practical cases, this paper discusses the implementation strategy research on the reuse of industrial buildings at home and abroad from two aspects of theory and practice.
