年产1万立方米集成材拼板的生产技术与设备配置的研究
摘要
现有效利用小直径原木的重要方法有加工成集成材板材，当下随着大量森林被采伐和利用，原始森林的面积正在快速的减少，但是天然次生森林和人工林正在迅速的增长。这将在将来减小林木的直径，工业木材是由直径小于24厘米的小径木材组成。因此，当前面临的问题是如何开发和使用小直径原木，这在当前的木材工业中已受到广泛关注。集成材板无结、无衰减、无变色、尺寸的稳定性好，有许多产品规格可供选择，并具有易用性和其他优势。由于加工技术在不断的改进，加上中国不断从国外进口更加成熟、稳定的生产技术和更先进的生产设备，这使得国内生产集成木材的设备与工艺可以得到十分快速的发展。生产集成材可以非常好的利用小径原木，所以在本次设计中，是为了可以研究下现在的集成板拼板的生产技术以及设备的正确配置，来完成年产1万立方米的一个加工需求的研究。

Research on the production technology and equipment configuration of the annual output of 10,000 cubic meters of laminated wood
ABSTRACT
An important method for effectively using small-diameter logs is to process them into laminated wood panels. Nowadays, as a large number of forests are harvested and utilized, the area of primary forests is rapidly decreasing, but natural secondary forests and plantations are growing rapidly. This will reduce the diameter of forest trees in the future. Industrial wood is composed of small-diameter wood with a diameter of less than 24 cm. Therefore, the current problem is how to develop and use small-diameter logs, which has received widespread attention in the current wood industry. The integrated board has no knots, no attenuation, no discoloration, good dimensional stability, there are many product specifications to choose from, and has ease of use and other advantages. Due to the continuous advancement of science and technology, coupled with China#39;s continuous import of more mature and stable production technology and more advanced production equipment from abroad, this has enabled the rapid development of domestic integrated wood production equipment and processes. The production of integrated timber can make good use of small-diameter logs, so in this design, it is to be able to study the current integrated panel production technology and the correct configuration of equipment to complete a processing demand of 10000 cubic meters per yearrsquo;s Research.
