关于高层建筑给排水消防设计要点分析摘 要:高层建筑给排水消防系统由给水系统、排水系统及消防系统三部分组成。

给排水消防设计是高层建筑设计中的重要组成部分,其设计的合理性和可靠性,将很大程度地影响人们的日常使用与安全。

设计者必须严格依照规范,创新设计理念,以免由于不合理设计引起质量安全问题,导致高层建筑的整体性能受到损害[1]。

本文主要分析了高层建筑给排水工程特点和给排水消防系统设计的要点。

在给水系统设计中,应根据情况加设水泵或水箱,以保证供水的安全性及维护管理的方便性。

尽量采用静音管道,可以使用管道隔振吊架等方式减少管道震动,最大程度减少噪音。

1.2高层建筑给排水系统中的静水压较大。

由于高层建筑各分区最低卫生器具配水点静水压力不能超过0.45MPa。
