江西某污水处理站工艺设计

[摘要]:本设计的主要任务是江西某污水站的初步设计,设计主要包含管网的平面布置、处理水量近远期规划、处理工艺的选择、泵的设计以处理站内多条管线的敷设安装。

设计书分为设计说明书和设计计算书。结合此污水处理厂处理原水的水质特点,采用的污水处理工艺是城市管网进水—格栅—平流沉砂池—辐流式初沉池—A2/O工艺—辐流式二沉池—混凝池—沉淀池—滤布滤池—消毒。在深度处理时采用聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂,同时加入PAM助凝。消毒剂采用液氯。污泥则是一部分回流,另一部分剩余污泥的处理需要经过浓缩脱水后外运。

Process design of a sewage treatment station in Jiangxi

Abstract:The main task of the design is the preliminary design of a sewage station in Jiangxi Province. The design mainly includes the plane layout of the pipe network, the short-term and long-term planning of the water treatment capacity, the selection of the treatment process, the design of the pump, and the laying and installation of multiple pipelines in the treatment station.

Design is divided into design specification and design calculation. Combined with the characteristics of the raw water treated by the sewage treatment station, the sewage treatment process is pipe network inlet - grid - horizontal flow grit chamber - radial flow primary sedimentation tank - A2/O process - radial flow secondary sedimentation tank - coagulation tank – sedimentation tank - cloth filter - disinfection. In the advanced treatment, polyaluminum chloride is used as coagulant and PAM is added to aid coagulation. The disinfectant is liquid chlorine. Some of the sludge is recycled, and the other part of the excess sludge needs to be concentrated and dehydrated before being transported out.
