摘要 随着国家对污水处理事业投入力度的加大以及各地城市化进程的加快,各种处理规模和新型工艺的污水处理厂在我国各地如雨后春笋般建成并投产。然而

由于一系列的原因,新建污水厂需考虑多方面因素,因此对原有水厂的扩建与设备的更换成了解决问题的不二法门。本文以淮安四季青污水处理厂的扩建及提标工程设计为研究对象,从资料收集、分析、水质水量预测、工艺方案论证等几个方面进行研究。淮安市四季青污水处理厂建成至今已超过15年,出水水质执行早期的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。该污水处理厂与第二污水厂是淮安市主城区最大的两个污水集中处理厂接纳的是淮安市区段的各种污水,随着经济的快速发展,居民生活水平的不断提高,该污水处理厂的扩建和提标已迫在眉睫。因此本文收集整理该污水处理厂前期设计、建设及运行资料,分析该污水处理厂进水水质的变化以及生产运行中存在的关键问题。在研究整理国内外污水处理技术发展成果以及大型污水处理厂扩建及提标工程成功案例的基础上,从技术等方面论证并选择MBBR工艺使出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。本文工程规模大、建设标准高。本文的研究及工程实施可有效改善淮安古黄河水系及京杭大运河的水质情况。希望本文的研究也为国内各大型污水处理厂的改造及扩建工程提供了一个值得借鉴的案例。

Abstract: With the increase of the state#39;s investment in sewage treatment and the acceleration of the urbanization process in various places, sewage treatment plants of various treatment scales and new technologies have been built and put into operation in China. however

Due to a series of reasons, many factors need to be considered for the new sewage plant. Therefore, the expansion of the original water plant and the replacement of equipment have become the only way to solve the problem. This paper takes Huai#39;an Sijiqing Sewage Treatment Plant expansion and standardization project design as the research object, and conducts research from several aspects such as data collection, analysis, water quality and quantity prediction, and process scheme demonstration. Huai#39;an Sijiqing Sewage Treatment Plant has been built for more than 15 years. The effluent water quality has implemented the first level B standard of the 'Emission Standards for Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants' (GB18918-2002). The sewage treatment plant and the second sewage treatment plant are the two largest sewage centralized treatment plants in the main urban area of ​​Huai#39;an City. They accept various kinds of sewage in Huai#39;an City. With the rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of residents#39; living standards, the sewage The expansion and bidding of the treatment plant is imminent. Therefore, this paper collects and sorts out the preliminary design, construction and operation data of the sewage treatment plant, analyzes the change of the influent water quality of the sewage treatment plant, and analyzes the key problems in the production and operation. On the basis of research and development of domestic and foreign sewage treatment technology development achievements and successful cases of large-scale sewage treatment plant expansion and upgrading projects, the technology and other aspects of the demonstration and selection of MBBR process to make the effluent water quality reach the 'urban sewage treatment plant pollution Level A Standard for Waste Emission Standards (GB18918-2002). This project has a large scale and high construction standards. The research and project implementation in this paper can effectively improve the water quality of the ancient Yellow River in Huaian and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It is hoped that the research in this paper will also provide a case worthy of reference for the reconstruction and expansion projects of domestic large-scale sewage treatment plants.
