制药废水处理工艺设计综述
[摘要] 制药产生的废水性质与生活污水相近,但其中含有复杂有机化合物多,废水中BOD、COD值较高,可生化性较好。由于其中有机物含量很高,必须经处理后排放,若直接排放会影响居民生活环境和用水安全,同时也会影响自然生态健康。对于制药废水处理工艺的研究发展至今已取得很大进展,处理工艺方法有:ABR厌氧工艺、A/O工艺、MBR工艺等。其中A/O法生物脱氮处理方法因其处理效果良好、成本较低,同时对环境危害小等特性而成为主流的制药废水处理方法。但不同地区在处理工艺的选择上常因地制宜,存在差别。

Summary of the processing technology of pharmaceutical wastewater

Abstract:The nature of pharmaceutical wastewater is similar to that of domestic wastewater, but there are many complex organic compounds in the wastewater. The BOD and COD values in the wastewater are high, and the biodegradability is good. Because of the high content of organic matter, it must be discharged after treatment. If it is discharged directly, it will affect the living environment and water safety of residents, as well as the natural ecological health. Great progress has been made in the research and development of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process, including ABR anaerobic process, A/O process, MBR process, etc. Among them, the A/O biological denitrification treatment method has become the mainstream pharmaceutical wastewater treatment method because of its good treatment effect, low cost and low environmental harm. However, there are differences in the selection of treatment process in different regions.
