和田县污水处理厂工艺设计文献综述

摘要:和田县位于新疆维吾尔自治区西南部,本项目污水处理厂占地4公顷,包括远期建设用地。污水处理厂出水水质须达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918 -2002)中一级标准的A标准。本设计的主要内容包括:工艺设计;污水厂平面高程设计;工程概预算。据和田县发展的需要,计算得新水厂近期处理规模为1.0times;104 m3/d,远期为4.0times;104 m3/d。为满足排放标准,所以处理工艺采用常规机械与生物处理。近期工程建设总投资为8500万元,单位污水经营成本为0.64元/msup3;。

Literature review of process design for sewage treatment plant in Hotan County

Abstract: Hetian County is located in the southwestern part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The project#39;s sewage treatment plant covers an area of 4 hectares, including long-term construction land. The quality of the effluent water from the sewage treatment plant must meet the A standard of the first-class standard in the 'Emission Standards for Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants' (GB18918-2002).The main contents of this design include: process design; plan elevation design of sewage plant; project approximate budget. According to the needs of the development of Hotan County, it is calculated that the new water plant#39;s recent processing scale is 1.0 times; 104m3 / d and the long-term processing capacity is 4.0 times; 104m3 / d. To meet emission standards, conventional mechanical and biological treatments are used for the treatment process. The total investment in the recent project construction is 85 million yuan, and the unit sewage operation cost is 0.64 RMB / msup3;.

污水处理是为使污水达到排水某一水体或再次使用的水质要求,并对其进行净化的过程。污水处理被广泛应用于建筑、农业,交通、能源、石化、环保、城市景观、医疗、餐饮等各个领域,也越来越多地走进寻常百姓的日常生活。

解放初期由于工农业生产刚刚起步,当时的污水污染程度很低,且提倡利用污水进行农业灌溉。因而污水处理量很小,全国建有污水处理厂不足十座,且处理规模小,工艺落后。
