特种化工废水处理工艺设计综述
[摘要] 特种化工废水主要污染物包括 COD、氨氮和各类酸碱废液,具有有机物浓度高、可生化性差、盐分高等特点,属难生化降解的高浓度有机废水,由于其中有机物含量很高,必须经处理后排放,若直接排放就会严重影响人们正常的生活和工作,同时也会影响人们赖以生存的自然环境。对于特种化工废水处理工艺现阶段已取得重大突破。处理工艺的方法有:双级铁碳微电解、上流式厌氧污泥床、水解酸化、接触氧化、曝气生物滤池、絮凝沉淀工艺等。整个工艺占地面积小、处理效果稳定、自动化程度高、操作管理方便。

Abstract:Main pollutants of special chemical wastewater include COD, ammonia nitrogen and all kinds of acid-base waste water are characterized by high concentration of organic matter, poor biodegradability and high salinity. They are high concentration organic waste water that is difficult to be biodegraded. Because of the high content of organic matter, they must be treated and discharged. If they are discharged directly, they will seriously affect people#39;s normal life and work, as well as the natural environment on which people live. At present, great breakthrough has been made in the treatment process of special chemical wastewater. The treatment methods include: two-stage iron carbon micro electrolysis, up flow anaerobic sludge bed, hydrolysis acidification, contact oxidation, biological aerated filter, flocculation and sedimentation process, etc. The whole process covers a small area, the treatment effect is stable, the degree of automation is high, and the operation management is convenient.
