啤酒生产制麦部污水处理改扩建工程工艺综述
[摘要] 我国人口数量众多，餐饮时啤酒需求量大，随着人们生活水平的提高需求量持续增加，啤酒加工生产过程中产生废水的环境影响问题日益突出，因此，需要建设有效的、完善的废水处理设施，解决啤酒加工废水带来的问题。如果想实现啤酒污水治理的环境效益和经济效益的统一，必须将两种或三种技术结合使用，这是解决啤酒污水污染问题的根本出路。通过对废水处理工艺的设计、计算、分析总结，可对大学所学专业知识起到梳理作用和进一步加深对于所学知识的掌握，为之后的工作学习奠定坚实基础。

Review on the technology of sewage treatment reconstruction and expansion project of beer production and wheat making department

Abstract：China has a large population and a large demand for beer in catering. With the continuous increase of demand for the improvement of people#39;s living standards, the environmental impact of wastewater generated in the beer processing and production process has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to build effective and perfect wastewater treatment facilities to solve the problems caused by wastewater from beer processing. If we want to achieve the unity of environmental and economic benefits of beer wastewater treatment, we must combine two or three technologies, which is the fundamental way to solve the problem of beer wastewater pollution. Through the design, calculation, analysis and summary of the wastewater treatment process, the professional knowledge learned in the university can be sorted out and further deepened to master the knowledge learned, so as to lay a solid foundation for later work and learning.
