奶牛养殖废水处理工艺综述
[摘要] 奶牛养殖废水具有高BOD、高COD并伴有恶臭、水质水量变化大、处理难度大等特点。对于这类复合污染水体，采用单一物理、化学或生物等方法，难以修复或控制使其达标排放。为实行高效的废水处理，从组合工艺出发，对畜禽养殖废水处理系统实行综述，分析各组合工艺的优劣势以及在实际中的应用实例。并在此基础上，提出具有经济价值、处理效果好的组合工艺。

Summary of the treatment process of cow breeding waste-water
Abstract：Cow breeding waste-water has the characteristics of high BOD, high COD, odor, great change of water quality and quantity, and difficult treatment. For this kind of complex polluted water, it is difficult to repair or control its discharge to meet the standard by using a single physical, chemical or biological method. In order to carry out efficient waste-water treatment, from the combination process, this paper summarizes the implementation of livestock and poultry breeding waste-water treatment system, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each combination process and the practical application examples. On this basis, a combination process with economic value and good treatment effect is put forward.

1前言
因为我国人口众多，且随着人们生活水平的提高，奶制品需求量持续增加，畜牧业养殖生产过程中产生废水的环境影响问题日益突出。因此，需要建设有效的、完善的废水处理设施。该研究旨在解决动物养殖中奶牛养殖加工废水带来的问题，畜禽养殖场产生的粪便污水会造成水体、土壤和空气的污染，直接影响正常生产和周边环境。通过对废水处理工艺的设计、计算、分析总结，选定合适的处理工艺，达到解决污染废水，提高生产环境质量的目的。
